Jesús Gómez nos muestra las claves de planificar como el primer paso del método Kaizen. Una actitud, un compromiso diario con el crecimiento, la constancia y la excelencia, tanto a nivel individual como colectivo. La mejora constante es posible si sigues los 4 pasos. Planea, Haz, Comprueba y Actúa. Me llamo Jesús Gómez y soy un joven emprendedor que ha pasado buena parte de su vida planificando. He trabajado en distintos sectores, tomando decisiones, trazando rutas, ajustando pasos… y equivocándome también, claro. Porque si algo he aprendido es que ningún plan sobrevive intacto al camino. Y eso, lejos de ser un problema, es parte del viaje.Planificar no es encajar la vida en un molde, sino preparar el terreno para que todo lo inesperado tenga un lugar donde florecer. Que tan importante como tener un objetivo es saber adaptarlo. Y que detrás de cada error suele haber una lección que no estaba en el plan, pero sí en el destino. Porque cambiar de rumbo también es avanzar.
No vengo a vender certezas, sino a compartir procesos. A decir en voz alta que planear está bien, pero replantear también. Y que la vida, con sus curvas y sus giros, siempre será más grande que cualquier esquema.

She shares her belief that poetry can be a powerful tool for healing, both for oneself and for others. Malaya Ulan (Freedom Rain) is a sixteen-year-old Filipino-American Philadelphia based artivist. Ulan currently serves as the 2024-2025 Youth Poet Laureate of Philadelphia. Malaya Ulan is a multidimensional poet who merges her poetry with dance, film, and visual art. Ulan recently spoke at the United Nations Fourth Review Conference on the Program of Action on Small Arms and Light Weapons with IANSA. She has performed at the Barnes Foundation, Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance, Asian Arts Initiative, Painted Bride, Movement Research at Judson Dance Theatre, Festive Walk Philippines and more. She collaborates with her mother in a collective, AniMalayaWorks. Ulan was awarded the Scholastic Art and Writing gold key for the Philadelphia region in 2023 and first place in the open category for the Youth Film Awards at WHYY for her poetic film Anthem Erased. Her poetry accompanied by paintings has been exhibited at Da Vinci Art Alliance Exhibit and Imperfect Gallery. Djuena Tikuna faz da sua música um instrumento de resistência e valorização das culturas originárias da Amazônia. Nascida na Aldeia Umariaçu II, no município de Tabatinga (AM), ela foi a primeira jornalista indígena formada no Amazonas e fez história, em 2017, ao se tornar a primeira mulher indígena a protagonizar um espetáculo musical no palco do Teatro Amazonas, intitulado Tchautchiüãne (“Minha Aldeia”, em português). Djuena também é idealizadora e produtora da primeira Mostra de Música Indígena do Amazonas, “WIYAE”, realizada em 2018. Já participou do projeto Sonora Brasil e levou sua arte para a França, Bélgica, Holanda e Áustria. Suas composições são cantadas em tikuna, idioma de seu povo, que habita a região fronteiriça entre Brasil, Colômbia e Peru. Desde entonces, la vida me enseñó que las limitaciones físicas no definen la fuerza con la que se vive. A los 21 años, no camino, pero avanzo. Y desde mi silla (que no me frena, sino que me acompaña) he descubierto una forma de ver el mundo que hoy quiero compartir.Desde una silla también se puede ser feliz. Y esa es una de las ideas que más me gusta transmitir en las charlas que doy.En ellas hablo de superación, pero también de alegría, de confianza, de crecer con lo que toca, aunque no sea fácil. No vengo a dar lecciones, sino a tender puentes. A recordarnos que todas las vidas, con sus curvas y sus pausas, merecen ser vividas con ilusión. Gracias por estar aquí.
